Project POW
A private iOS concept about logging effort and making consistency visible.
$POW is the codename: proof of work, but for training consistency.
Project POW is an internal codename so the final tracker name can stay protected.
The idea borrows from proof of work: instead of saying you are consistent, you record the work and let the record speak.
The first version could stay very small: session name, date, notes, streak, and a clean history view.
